'OpenQuarter began with one clear goal: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Originating as a quaint family-run shop in 1985 under the guidance of the Bianchi family, our pizzeria was built upon generational recipes.
Marco Bianchi, our progenitor, mastered the craft of pizza-making while exploring Italy and learning from Naples' esteemed pizza chefs. After returning to the UK, her mission was to capture the essence of true Italian pizza, honoring classical techniques and selecting only prime ingredients.
From its humble beginnings as a twelve-seater pizzeria, it has expanded into a cherished locale; however, our dedication to high-quality, authentic pizza remain steadfast. We continue to bake using original wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and meticulously select superior ingredients.
Now, 'OpenQuarter is still in the hands of the Bianchi lineage, with the next generation steering our dedicated crew. While we have integrated some contemporary advances, our core ethos endures: to serve delectable and genuine pizza that unites our patrons.
